Set his tabernacle in front of thee, remove the wooden stopper, and call out unto him. Light several candles as offerings, and convey thy wishes. Once the candles are finished burning, replace the stopper on top of his tabernacle.

Because he is a Non-believer (and as an Elder, one who chose such at the Council of Choice many years ago), he will grant any wish... thus, I must clearly state that his power should ONLY by utilized for wishes of a positive nature and intent.

Once the wish is granted, be sure to offer several more candles unto him (he does not care for incense, and prefers unscented candles), open and call unto, then replace the stopper once the candles are finished burning.
