Sadhana is one of the Four Chapters of Yoga Sutras... It is the Process... the Steps... The Journey... and upon thy Path, Sadhana shall lead thee unto enlightenment and development of the spiritual self.

Any activity (or state of rest) can be one’s Sadhana... From stretching, dance, exercise, meditation, yard work, cleaning, reading, listening to music... anything that you find enjoyment in, and can “lose yourself” in.

While near this talisman, anything that you do will become sacred... will be your Sadhana... the steps on your path unto the Journey of Spiritual Oneness and Unity.

I personally used this enchantment while stretching and doing bodywork exercises (planks, reverse lunges, etc)... but you can use this with any activity that you choose... 5-10 minutes a day is sufficient... your mind, body and spirit will align and become bonneted in this anointing... your soul will be centered, and you shall enter the state of “Oneness and Unity”

This is the stepping stone of your path... the “way” of your journey... your Sadhana, unlocked through this anointing, and embarked upon by any daily task. (You could even use your daily or nightly shower or bath as the “activity” of Sadhana, while near this talisman, in it’s anointing)
