This small acrylic marble-tone charm is one of three that I recently acquired at an estate sale... a talisman that has been enchanted with countless hours of prayer, in what is referred to as Divine Intercession (being led to pray for the needs of others)...

Casting an anointing of the Movement, Mobility, Flexibility, Stability, Suppleness and Strength... while you are near this enchantment, in it's anointing, simply move, stretch, in any directions, with your arms and legs... let your body move freely, and the anointing shall flow within and throughout thy entire body... flex your toes, your ankles... your wrists and fingers... turn your head from side to side, stretching your neck... if you know any specific movements, such as yoga, tai chi, etc, you can perform such, but it is not required, as any slow, controlled movements cause the anointing to flow upon and within thee.
