looking at the glow from this stone allows the enchantment, cast with a powerful series of spells, to enter directly into thee, through visual absorption / retena reception. 

Focus on the blue light emitted, and your inner life force energy will be increased... just 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient to feel energized. 

You can hold the stone while looking and absorbing its vibrant glow, which is how I used this mostly, or set it upon a table, counter, etc... 

Use this in the morning to wake up, in the afternoon if you need to be more alert, or in the evening if you have more to accomplish or something you want to do but feel tired, to be rejuvenated. 

Do not use this within a few hours before bed, as it would make sleep difficult, as its energy is very stimulating and powerful.
