Much like a portal, but unto multiple temples and monasteries, all within the Wudang Mountain Region of China... the birthplace of Taoism, constructed between the 7th and 15th centuries...

To spend time near this enchantment is a glorious experience, that can bring forth attainment of the spiritual self through specific acts of the natural self... Using the five physical, natural senses to engage in practice, so that the spiritual essence emerges, through this anointed talisman.

While near this bracelet, or wearing this bracelet...

Drink a glass of tea (iced or hot), or coffee, flavored water, juice, or even wine. Anything natural (not soda or "artificial juices, etc)... It would be best to drink from a glass or ceramic cup (not plastic)...

Play instrumental music... any stype of music, so long as there are no lyrics. This can be slow music, or even fast music, just so it is relaxing and pleasing unto thee...

Focus upon anything visually that brings you happiness or joy... perhaps a piece of art, a painting, picture, or an object, maybe a statue, sculpture, crystal... anything that you desire to gaze upon... I have used the view out my window even, enjoying the beauty of nature outside...

Light incense... or you can use a scented candle, or essential oil simmered... anything to involve the sense of smell... I find incense to work best for this, and have blended different scents to my liking.

Lastly, the sense of touch... wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, of natural fabric (cotton or other natural, just not synthetics)... Be barefoot, or in socks, no shoes. You can also perform any slow, fluid movements, such as stretching, Tai Chi, Yoga, etc. to further employ the physical self.

While performing any one... or a combination of multiple, or all, sensory practices while near or wearing this talisman, through it's anointing, the essence and sacred energy of the Wudang temples shall flow around thee, and within thee, to help thy spiritual self excel and exceed past all limitations.
