To utilize this talisman and its powerful Shaolin Anointing, hold one stone in each hand, with fingers closed, firmly but not “tight”. (You will find that each stone has a way in which it just feels right as you hold it, where the fingers rest on the surfaces) Then, slowly move your arms, stretching gently… above your head, out to your sides, out in front of you… Allow the movements to flow freely.

Spend 5 to 10 minutes with the stones, stretching with slow movements.

Perform this stretching with the stones in each hand whenever their anointing is needed, or once a week to maintain their essence and effects within thee.
