While near this enchantment, it’s anointing will flow unto and through thy mind… at first, seemingly random thoughts may come unto thee… let them be… be passively attentive to them. Do not try to figure them out, just observe. After a few moments, the thoughts will come slower, and slower, until there is a stillness, and a single thought remains… it may be an image, a word, an object, or awareness of a feeling… this shall become the focal point. Do not try to “decipher” it’s meaning, just focus upon it. After a few more moments, this too shall fade… there will be silence… a moment of “nothing” … be in that moment also.

Then, your mind will become open… open unto higher discerning and understandings… open to a higher level of mindfulness, in which there are no distractions… nothing to disorientate you… you will feel clear and focused.
