The tradition of throwing salt over one's left shoulder for good luck and blessing actually came from the famous last supper painting by Leonardo De Vinci... in this scene, Judas, the betrayer, is seen having knocked the salt shaker over, and salt has poured out onto the table. And so, when one spills salt, it has been said to toss a pinch of salt over the left shoulder, to prevent negativity, bad luck, betrayal, etc.

This talisman was enchanted with a similar process, to promote and ensure blessings and good luck, while blocking negativity, jealousy, betrayal...

Keep this bowl near your doorway, with salt (I suggest sea salt, or unground small rock salt) within. Before leaving your home, take a small pinch of the salt, and once outside, toss over your left shoulder. This action will cast the anointing of this enchantment upon thee, to promote positive blessings and good luck, and prevent negativity around thee and jealousy or betrayal from others.

This is a very powerful talisman. I was blessed to acquire two of these. One, I am keeping near the doorway of my home. I was actually going to place this second one near the door of my studio, but felt led to list it, so that another can benefit from the blessed effects of this anointing.
