Any worries, negative thoughts, intentions, negative energies, influences... any unwanted emotions, feelings or conscious (and subconscious) mindsets...

Fill this vessel approx. half full with water. Distilled water is suggested.

Hold the cup, in both hands, and truly focus and concentrate on any negative expressions, intentions, ideas, feelings, thoughts, worries... anything that has been hindering you, holding you back, upsetting you, causing excessive concern, stress...

Spend ten to fifteen minutes doing this. Then, go to a wink, and pour the water down the drain. You will be effectively washing away the negative energies. Turn on the water in the sink for several minutes to ensure none of the water from the cup remains in the sinks drainpipe. Lastly rinse the vessel, and dry with a paper towel / napkin. If you desire, the additional step of burning the napkin or paper towel once dry can be performed.

This is a wonderful way to release and rid yourself from any negative energies that were suppressing you.
