Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is actually a modern term, derived in the 1950s, as a “renaming” and combining of ancient arts together, such as Yang Sheng (nurturing life) and Dao Yin (leading / guiding Chi).

This lovely talisman is one in a series I recently acquired from the estate of a Qi Gong Master, who empowered a number of bracelets to become tangible points of contact for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual “gifts”… combining powerful practices with the anointed energies, these enchantments are highly energetic and effective.

While near this talisman, in its anointing, sit comfortably on a chair, couch, bed, floor, etc. Slowly allow your upper body to rock foreword and back, sway side to side, and in small circular motions. Alternate these subtle movements with eyes closed. The anointing of this enchantment combined with this sacred practice will remove any negative energies or blockages of the flow of positive energies within thy mind, body and spirit… Ten to fifteen minutes is sufficient, and I suggest at least once a month, or as needed.
