Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is actually a modern term, derived in the 1950s, as a “renaming” and combining of ancient arts together, such as Yang Sheng (nurturing life) and Dao Yin (leading / guiding Chi).

This lovely talisman is one in a series I recently acquired from the estate of a Qi Gong Master, who empowered a number of bracelets to become tangible points of contact for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual “gifts”… combining powerful practices with the anointed energies, these enchantments are highly energetic and effective.

While near this talisman, in its anointing, “sip from a cup” … I suggest using a small cup with no handle (not a coffee mug)… fill the cup with water, tea, coffee or juice. Each time you raise the cup to your mouth to take a small sip, use both hands, to hold the cup. Slowly raise and lower the cup with each sip. During this act of drinking, your mind shall become extremely open to receive discernings, understandings and revelations, entering a state of heightened mindfulness and mental clarity.
