Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is actually a modern term, derived in the 1950s, as a “renaming” and combining of ancient arts together, such as Yang Sheng (nurturing life) and Dao Yin (leading / guiding Chi).

This lovely talisman is one in a series I recently acquired from the estate of a Qi Gong Master, who empowered a number of bracelets to become tangible points of contact for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual “gifts”… combining powerful practices with the anointed energies, these enchantments are highly energetic and effective.

While near this talisman, in its anointing, Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulders width apart… gently press your hands together, then slowly slide them against one another, letting your fingers and inner palms glide across effortlessly. Mimic motions of washing your hands, or massaging your own hands and fingers, being attentive to the sensations of your hands and fingers touching.
