To receive this anointing, lay upon thy back, with your navel exposed. Hold this enchantment in your left hand, making a fist, and rest your hand upon your navel. This is the connective ritual of this anointing.

I suggest working with this enchantment once per month, for 10-15 minutes... I personally utilize a similar enchantment upon the morning after each lunar phase of the new moon (or within a few days thereof)
