The Mên-an-Tol is an ancient small stone formation, consisting of a circular stone in the middle, with the center hallowed out, and a tall, slender stone on each side. This ancient, mysterious formation can be found in Cornwall, UK.

The center stone functions as a portal, or gateway, and the two stones on either side, markers or anchors. Walking between the gateway and the anchor, the anointings flow.

There is local legend that passing through the center hole, which one must crawl through as the passage is not very large (approx. 18 inches across) brings forth miracles and healings.

From this portal unto this sacred site, I can feel the energy. It is pure, positive and powerful. It has a majestic and miraculous feel, that is restorative and replenishing of the body, mind and soul.
