Hold this pin in your hand while sitting. Be dressed in lose fitting clothing (or skyclad), your feet bare or in socks only. Close your eyes. Slowly move the toes of your left foot up and down, several times. Then the right toes... Lift your left foot off the ground, holding it up for several seconds before returning it to the floor. Then the right foot. With eyes remaining closed, stand up. Breathe in and out, deeply and slowly. Keeping your eyes closed, sit back down.

This talismans anointing will strengthen the body-spirit connection, so that your spirit will become more empowered through the connection with the body. Keeping your eyes closed allows this anointing to increase your sixth sense to extend unto what is referred to as proprioception, which is a higher awareness of the physical body.

You can continue to explore simple, safe movements with this talisman, in it's anointing, with your eyes closed. Standing still, holding this pin, eyes closed, lift one foot an inch or two off the ground. Breathe in and out. Put the foot back down and repeat with your other foot... Close your eyes, standing, and take three steps forward (make sure you have adequate space in you room you are in, and that there's nothing you might trip over on the floor). Keeping your eyes closed, take three steps backwards, returning to where you began. This can also be done with steps to one side, then back, then to the other side.

This anointing also works wonderfully by holding this talisman while doing arm, leg and neck stretches, with your eyes closed.
