This lovely talisman is one in a series of 20, that I was blessed to acquire last year… each enchanted with a spell from the Ljóðatal, or last chapter of the Havamal, of Words of the High One… a sacred ancient Viking collections of poetry, which ends with 20 powerful spells.

I am listing these items in the order of their position in the Havamal’s Ljóðatal…

Each of these talismans are extremely powerful, energetic and effective.

The translation…

“A twelfth I know: if I see in a tree
a corpse from a halter hanging,
such spells I write, and paint in runes,
that the being descends and speaks.“

… was enchanted in its original language and dialect, to bring about the powerful effects.

To gain greater perception and receptiveness with spiritual beings… increased communications, interactions and experiences with esoteric entities.
