She brings forth a powerful anointing of peace… in her presence, worries and concerns diminish and become less hindering… The tranquil, Serine essence of her anointing shall help thee find a state of calmness, so that thy mind can rest… a wonderful talisman to keep near thy bed to ensure quality rest / sleep… and to be near when going through stressful times… to release the negative energies of worry and stress, and be blessed with calmness and a state of relaxed, restful stillness.

I have also spent time with her presence while listing to music, reading a book, or any other activity that helps you “unwind”… and her presence will enhance and elevate the experience to be even more relaxing… in which, your mind is able to rest and be restored, as is your body and spirit… all of your energies, through relaxation, can enter greater restorative and regenerative levels.

I have found that she prefers a pinch of sugar in a small glass of water as an offering of manna. A shot glass works well, and spring water, or rain water, is best. You could also get a bottle of water from a local pond, stream or lake.
