This metal dish has been enchanted with a series of Tibetan incantations, totaling nearly 250, to invoke a deep state of mind... a meditative mindset... beyond consciousness, beyond the subconscious...

Place upon this dish, in the center, any stone or crystal of your choosing... this can be a stone that you’ve found outside, that drew you to it, or perhaps a crystal that you’ve owned for years... any stone or crystal that seems to resonate with you. If you do not already have such, I suggest going for a walk on a trail, at a park, or anywhere that you can look for a stone, and find one that “calls” to you. 

With the stone or crystal in place, in the center of this dish, sit or lay, close your eyes, and seemingly effortlessly, the enchantment of this dish will come upon and within thee, 

I am not skilled at meditation. Like most, I find it a difficult practice..l this enchanted dish helped me achieve much greater levels of Meditative mindset, in which I was able to receive great revelations, and find wonderful peace and restoration, of mind body and spirit.
