While near this talisman, in this anointing, use your hands to rub your upper legs, above your knees (I find this easiest to do sitting in a chair, or a reclined position). I also found it best to rub in circular motions, letting my fingertips glide over my knees. Wearing cotton pants or other smooth material helps the hands glide over the legs. Or you could wear shorts, or skyclad, and use a lotion or oil.
