The 150 Psalms, or Tehillim in Hebrew, are beautifully written lyrics of ancient hymns. Many were discovered in the Dead Sea Scrolls, and they have been a part of the ancient Hebrew sacred texts, as well as the Old Testament of the Catholic, King James and many other Bibles. Attributed to King David, as well as several by his son, King Solomon and other Biblical figures, the Psalms have been found to have mystical powers when recited as an incantation.
