This small cloth has been anointed and sanctified with a sacred, special bend of essential oils, intended to and effective for purifying / preparing oneself to approach Angelic entities and the Divine.

Prior to praying, calling upon Angels or seeing the Deity of your faith, soak this cloth into a large bowl of water and submerge your hands therein. Bottle the water, and use it to anoint yourself, applying a small amount upon your Charka points. This can also be used in a warm bath for full body baptism, consecration, devotion, etc.
