Write your wish on a piece of paper (a simple, single sentence) roll the paper, and place within this beaded napkin ring. 

Your wish will be cast unto a Djinn, as you place this talisman near the Djinns tabernacle. 

You can use one of these for specific wishes, or for general wishes, to have constant and continual effect, such as wealth, success, safety, wellness, etc.
