This talisman has been enchanted with a powerful series of spells and chants, to cast an anointing of Centering and Supporting the Three Doshas.

There are three Doshas in total: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Their energies circulate in the body and govern physical, mental and emotional characteristics.

The doshas have attributes with the five elements: ether (space), earth, water, air, and fire. The Vata Dosha is associated with ether and air, the Pitta Dosha with fire and water, and the Kapha Dosha with earth and water.

1. Vata Dosha: The most powerful of the Doshas, controls basic bodily functions as well as the mind.
2. Pitta Dosha: Controls metabolism, digestion and hormones linked to appetite.
3. Kapha Dosha: Controls strength and stability, muscle growth, weight and the immune system

Place a glass or bottle of water (or a cup of tea of coffee) near this talisman for 10-15 minutes before drinking. I suggest using this talisman once per month (around the new moon phase), or more often if there’s a specific need.

I have been using this talisman monthly, with great results. Now, I feel it’s time to allow another to be blessed by its positive effects.
