Fill this bowl with water (I suggest distilled or rain water) almost to the top, then sit in it's presence. Dip 2 or 3 fingers into the water, and anoint thyself across the forehead, above the eyebrows. after 5-10 minutes, repeat this anointing. Your mind will be opened, unto unsurpassed states of mindfulness.

When done, discard the water, and wipe the vessel dry.

I have personally used this enchantment many times, with astounding results. It has helped me gain so much understanding and discerning of so many things.
